Remember, the abuser may only be with you 7 hours a day, but you’re with you 24 hours a day

If they can brainwash you, gaslight you, or convince you, they’ll have weaponized you against yourself and it can be more effective than the original abuse. Not just because it’s 24/7…but because it’s in your own voice.
